Sardine Snaps

The good fats

• 8 ethically sourced sardines, butterflied flat
• Natural omega-3 for coat and joints

A balance of protein, fibre, vitamins and healthy oils, made from fresh Australian produce and quality fish. No artificial preservatives, no fillers. Made in small batches in Sydney.

What goes in, and why

• Butterflied sardines. Small oily fish are one of the best sources of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which support a glossy coat, supple joints and brain health. Butterflying opens each fish out flat before drying, so it dries evenly and breaks cleanly into pieces.
• Steamed pumpkin. Soft, soluble fibre that is gentle on digestion, plus beta-carotene for vitamin A.
• Fresh spinach. Iron, vitamin K and antioxidants, in a leaf that adds almost no fat.
• Vitamin E. Our natural preservative. An antioxidant that keeps the oils in the recipe fresh, which is how the pack stays good without anything artificial.

The pumpkin is there for balance. Oily fish is rich, and the fibre keeps these sitting comfortably.

How to serve

Break a snap into smaller pieces for training and rewards, or crumble it over a meal to make dinner more interesting. Keep treats to no more than 10% of your dog's daily intake, and always leave fresh water out.
