Shipping policy

At Jonü, our products are thoughtfully prepared and packed with care. As many of our products are made by hand, please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Australian Shipping

Once dispatched, delivery within Australia generally takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $79.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside of our control. Jonü cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
