Why egg and fish in a dog treat?
Because dogs get real benefit from proteins beyond meat. Egg is close to a complete protein and adds structure to the bars. Sardines bring omega-3 and calcium that muscle meat simply doesn't have.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Produce is 100% Australian-grown, and the meat and fish are fresh and high quality.
How are they made?
By hand, in small batches, in Sydney. Barks and bars are air-dried slowly rather than cooked fast, so ingredients keep more of what they came with.
Are they made in advance?
No. Every order is made fresh, which is why processing takes 3-4 business days. Nothing sits in storage waiting to be sold.
How much should I feed?
A treat, not a meal. A good guide is up to 10% of daily intake. Barks and bars snap into smaller pieces easily.
How do I store them?
Sealed, cool and dry. Press the seal closed after each use. They're at their best within 4 weeks of opening, and every pack carries a best before date.
When will you ship?
Orders take 3-4 business days to process. Australian delivery is then 2-10 business days depending on where you are. Free shipping on Australian orders over $79.
Do you ship internationally?
Treats face strict biosecurity rules at most borders, so they're Australia-only for now.
